I can not say enough great things about Ms. Louise. It was my family’s first time hiring outside help to watch our kids as I was heading back to the classroom to teach. She has been working for us for a year now watching my now 4 and 2 year old. My son has a rare form of child epilepsy and speech delays. She has been such a wonderful nanny when it comes to his special needs, whether it be administering medication, or helping with his speech. She has become like family for us. She makes meals for my children, cleans,folds laundry, does crafts, bakes, and sings. We absolutely adore having her watch our children. She has watched on daughter during multiple overnights while my son was in the hospital as well. We have been so lucky to have her watching our children during such a rough year for our family. She is always early and very flexible with schedule changes. She is very kind and loving and my kids never want her to leave when I get home. Any family will be lucky to have her caring for their children and they will be in such good hands. We absolutely love her.
