Hi! My name is Louisa. I graduated from University of Georgia in 2011 with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, and have been in the Asheville area for 8+ years. I have several years of experience in childcare through babysitting, nannying, teaching pre-school, and majoring in childhood development in college. I consider it a great privilege to be a caretaker in a young one's life, to nurture their interests, to be both a guide and participant as they explore the world around them, and to support the flow of daily life for the family I'm working with. I'm here to be of service. I have experience with all ages, infants to pre-teens, from only children to 3 siblings. I'm reliable, and an efficient communicator. My transportation is dependable and I'm open to carpools, school/camp drop-offs, etc. I will be available full-time starting June 1st, and can provide references upon request. Louisa is an excellent babysitter!! I am the mom of two boys, ages 5 and 7, and Louisa is amazing with them. She is also a prompt communicator, has lots of experience, and is very responsible. She is able to drive my boys to their activities, which is a huge help to me. And the boys adore her!! It’s so nice to have a sitter like her, where I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my kids with her, and knowing I don’t have to worry about anything.
