I like caring for seniors because I enjoy making a difference in their lives. Many of them just need someone to listen, help with daily tasks, and treat them with kindness and respect. It feels good to be that person for them. I also learn a lot from their stories and life experiences. It's rewarding to know I'm helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'm looking for a job where I feel valued and can help others. I want to work in a positive environment with good communication and teamwork. It's also important to me to have steady hours, a clear routine, and the chance to grow and learn new skills. I started caring for seniors when I first moved to Indiana in 2021. I was 18 fresh out of high school and unsure of what the next step was.
