About Lorraine

Bringing joy and comfort to seniors is my calling. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence. My graduate studies have further enhanced my care approach. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. With CPR and First Aid training, I'm prepared for various situations. I'm patient, compassionate, and create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations. After a year in senior care, I can honestly say that the connections I make are the most rewarding part of my work.
