Lorraine was my mother's caregiver for more than 9 years, up until my mother's recent passing at age 99. I had hired many caregivers for both of my parents (my Dad passed away 11 years ago) for many years without satisfaction until we met Lorraine (through a friend). Lorraine offers what I consider the ultimate mix of compassion, creativity to meet her client where they need help, and experience with many medical situations common especially to elderly patients. Over the 9+ years with our family, Lorraine modified her care of my mother as necessary, as my mother's physical and cognitive health declined. In time my mother came to love Lorraine as much or even more than our blood relatives.
