About Lorraine

Hi families! My name is Lorraine. I'm 27 years. I reside in Des Plaines. I was born in the states but am first generation American. My parents are from Costa Rica and Peru. I learned Spanish before I learned English early on in life. I m completely fluent in both languages. As I grew up I studied Spanish extensively so I could learn how to read and write properly. I'm college educated. I have experience with special needs children and children of all ages. I m patient, nurturing and love to teach. I break down what we are learning in the easiest possible way and try by best to keep kids engaged. I believe if they are engaged and enjoy their lesson with me, they will be more apt to learn and stay focused. Please let me know if you may be interested in my services.
