She was nice, but she was always changing the times last minute and canceling her visits with my father.  He needed more of a set schedule and consistent days. She took him to doctors appointments which was an added bonus, but she also would take him to get food items he was told by doctor he could not have due to him having a heart attack. This is why we hired a caregiver to make sure he stayed in the right path of things . We had to let go due to needing a more consistent schedule for his care.

Lorraine has been a God send with helping my Dad after his cardiac arrest.  He was struggling with everyday activities such as bathing, doing dishes etc.  He was hesitate on accepting help initially but she came in and made him feel very comfortable. Lorraine helps organize his medications and makes recommendations for things that would help make things easier for him.  

Lorraine is definitely a hard worker. She is kind, compassionate snd caring. She takes care of her clients like she would a family member. I would highly recommend Lorraine.
