About Lorraine

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lorraine. She is reliable, compassionate, trustworthy, and thoughtful. We were lucky enough to find Lorraine when our son was 3 months old, and she cared for him for 2 years. As he became a highly energetic, curious toddler, he met his match with Lorraine’s bubbly personality. She constantly engaged him in play, reading, and learning. She treated him with so much love and patience, promoted his independence, and was playful and fun. She pays very close attention to your child - we were confident our son was safe at all times and that she would know if something was ever “off” with him. Lorraine always followed our routine and respected our parenting style, while offering helpful advice and bits of wisdom from all of her years of experience. She was flexible and accommodating with our schedules and communicated very well with us. She was on time every day, and most days even a little early. Lorraine regularly offered to help out with extra things around the house, often doing dishes and laundry for us. Our home was always clean when she left. Our son absolutely loved Lorraine, and she became part of our family. We were so sad to have to let her go when we moved across the country. She is truly exceptional and everything you could hope for in a childcare provider.
