I have 20 years experience as a Senior Care Giver not only in N. J. But also in Maryland. I began senior home care at the age of 25 for a wonderful 10 years. The women I took care of opened my eyes to how rewarding a career such as this could be. I've provided home care for an elderly man for 2 years before his passing and also a female that is now being cared for by her family. I worked for an agency for 4 years caring for disabled adults in a home where I was the manager during night hours. I'm married and a mother of 3, I enjoy craft work in my spare time and refinishing antiques. I enjoy the interaction with my clients, not only do I get the privilege of getting to know them and there family's but giving them the reassurance that there well looked after is a fulfillment that is personally rewarding.
