My resume includes working in K-8 school for four years serving and roles as a teacher and a afterschool program manager. I also had an additional two years experience working as a respite caseworker, supporting families with members ages, one month to 19-year-old, with autism. Lorn was great! I needed a super last minute sitter and she came through for me. My kids aren't terribly shy, but do take a minute to warm up to new people. However the moment my daughter met Lorn she seemed totally comfortable with her being there. Outside of her taking great care of my kids and interacting with them, I was extremely pleased to come home and see that she managed to keep the house in tiptop shape as well. With super young kids, toys tend to be strewn all about but she made sure to have things picked up before I got home which I really really appreciate as that's not always the experience I've had with other sitters Definitely would recommend and hire again.
