I have experience working in the home as well as at an assisted living facility. A couple of years at the facility I worked in the "Memory Care" (dementia and Alzheimers) homes. Very unhappy. Spoke to Lori and set up a date and time to meet to discuss job description. On the morning of the meeting, Lori called to delay our meeting by 1.5hrs, which was no problem on our end......however, she was a no show, and did not have the professionalism to even call to let us know, she was not coming.
