Lori was a huge help in navigating childcare for my daughter and was the first person outside of family that we allowed to watch her. Lori was with us for about 6 months until my work schedule changed. She was super flexible with schedule changes, always prompt and stayed in contact with me when watching my daughter and confirming next dates of care. She was great at staying calm, soothing, singing to my daughter and giving her attention as well as letting her self play.
