I was previously employed with Francis House, a private home located in Syracuse, caring for folks who were terminally ill. Through the years, I was employed with several home care agencies and gained another certification as a CNA working at 2 different residential facilities. I have always preferred helping others in the comfort of their own homes, providing one-on-one care and attention. It's my passion to help others. Lori is the epitome of being a caregiver. She was attentive to my Mom, observant of her needs and always offered suggestions on how to keep Mom happy and safe. I can’t say enough about Lori. My Mom loved her and Lori became part of my family. I could trust her explicitly. She was always there when I needed her, especially towards the end of my Mom’s life. She gave Mom such peace, love and happiness to the end then became my shoulder to lean on. Lori is truly the best and I would encourage anyone who is skeptical of hiring a caregiver (like I was) to hire Lori as all your fears and concerns will be gone. Your family member will be in the best care.
