About Lori

I'd describe my personality as fun, open-minded, easy going. I like working with kids because I like the variety each day brings and being part of their growth and development . I'm looking for a job that values my experience and creates an extended family relationship. I have been providing a "hybrid" nanny share service in my licensed home for the past six years. I hope to have another infant/toddler join us in September. I started working with kids in my early teens and decided to become a childcare provider when I became a mother. In my spare time, I like to take long-weekend trips. I'm very family oriented and enjoy spending time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I value open communication and I am straight forward. My skills include promoting social skills, speech development, and fostering independence and confidence in children .
