After a nightmare moving experience with multiple providers, Lori was the one person who restored my faith in professionalism. She showed up on the day she was scheduled, arrived on time, and came back the next day with her team to help unpack the moving boxes in my apartment. She listened carefully to my instructions, followed them exactly, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Most importantly, she did exactly what she said she would do. There were no last-minute price changes, no excuses, and no surprises. She turned what had been a stressful, chaotic move into a much more peaceful experience.
Unfortunately, my experience with the other providers I hired was the complete opposite. Lori was the only one who followed through on her commitment. If more providers were as dependable, honest, and professional as she is, I wouldn't be cancelling my Care.com membership. One good experience out of five providers simply isn't good enough. I needed assistance with a deep clean and laundry, and Lori exceeded every expectation. She did an amazing job! She made sure the baseboards were cleaned, my appliances were spotless, and she steam-cleaned and sanitized every nook and cranny of my home.

Throughout the process, Lori kept me updated on her progress, especially while tackling the more challenging areas. My laundry was washed, dried, folded, and hung up—what an incredible service!

She even went above and beyond by restocking items I needed, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and professionalism that I've already rebooked her for additional specialty services, including carpet shampooing and garage organization.

I also reached out to the cleaner afterward to express my concerns, but my messages have been ignored. I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to resolve it.

We have had an appointment for nearly a week. She contacted me the night before to push the time from 1:00 to 2:30. At 2:30 , the day of the appointment, she was a no show. I contacted her at 3:00. She told me she was still at her previous job and wasn’t going to make it. She said she had someone from her team. However, that wasn’t something she could provide after all and asked to reschedule for the next day. I declined due to the unprofessional manner this was conducted. I don’t do well with service professionals that don’t at least send a text prior to an appointment stating they are late. I am a service professional and if I know I’m going to arrive late, I always send a text with an eta. She certainly knew before 2:30 that she was going to be late since she wasn’t leaving on time. There are reasons we have watches. And cool thing is phones and watches have alarms on them to let us know it’s time to go. Yes, I’m disappointed I won’t be getting my service done. What I’m upset about was the unprofessional lack of communication. I only give her the second star because she did approach the interview with professionalism. 

Lori and her team did an excellent job cleaning my home. From the very beginning she was extremely attentive and communicative for what I needed. She confirmed our appointment, arrived on time and came in with great energy and a positive attitude. The cleaning itself was thorough and I was genuinely pleased with the results. Lori was professional, detail-oriented and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to others.

Lori absolutely was the best! I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate, honeat, and genuine person…She absolutely is my go-to person from this day forth! 

Amazing work. She made sure every corner was clean. The windowsill were beautifully done. My floor’s shiny and the fridge and all appliances were wiped clean. I will definitely have her come again . 10 out of recommend
