5-Star Review for Lori After a nightmare moving experience with multiple providers, Lori was the one person who restored my faith in professionalism. She showed up on the day she was scheduled, arrived on time, and came back the next day with her team to help unpack the moving boxes in my apartment. She listened carefully to my instructions, followed them exactly, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Most importantly, she did exactly what she said she would do. There were no last-minute price changes, no excuses, and no surprises. She turned what had been a stressful, chaotic move into a much more peaceful experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the other providers I hired was the complete opposite. Lori was the only one who followed through on her commitment. If more providers were as dependable, honest, and professional as she is, I wouldn't be cancelling my Care.com membership. One good experience out of five providers simply isn't good enough.
