I provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. Building connections is important to me. I achieve this by understanding each person's preferences and history. I always follow a family's preferred communication method. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable.
