Lori is exceptional, and was the perfect choice for my elderly mother with Alzheimer's. She has driven her, taken walks with her, and helped with most aspects of her care. Aside from the practicalities, what has made Lori exceptional is that she goes above and beyond simple care by having a big heart and caring for my mother as a person who needs her. She's attentive and affectionate, checks in, and calls her even when she's "off the clock". I am so grateful for her, and would recommend her 100% with enthusiasm and without reservation.
