I have watched for families with one child &more &families with twins. I have done everything for my families. . I am very hands on! I believe children should have a balanced life. There should be times of one on one, then independent play and quiet time. Education is key but at young ages, it has to be fun. I love to help nurture and reach what are the future minds &hearts of this world we live in. I drive but dont have my own car, usually the families allow me to use one of theirs if that is needed. We hired Lori to watch our 4-month old daughter three days a week. We spoke with many references before hiring her and could not be happier with our decision. Her many years of experience are evident in how she cares for our child. Lori takes initiative in encouraging our daughter's movement, speech and overall development. She is proactive in assisting with household tasks (dishes, laundry, etc.) during naps. Lori is also extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. I highly endorse Lori to care for other children.
