About Lorinda

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 20+ years of experience caring for women, men, and children of all ages. My passion for caregiving began in 1985 when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, teaching me the importance of patience, dignity, understanding, and treating every person like family. I am CNA certified, a Dementia Practitioner, and certified in First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens. My experience includes Alzheimer's and dementia, terminal illness, COPD, congestive heart failure, diabetes, paraplegia, and ALS. I offer respite care in my home or at your home, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. My experience includes personal care, bathing, Hoyer lifts, transfers, meals, feeding tubes, medication reminders, toileting assistance, companionship, and activities. I also have Activity Director experience. My goal is to provide excellent care while giving families comfort and peace of mind.
