I've been running a dog boarding business since 2023, which has more than tripled in revenue and earned a loyal client base. I provide in-home, kennel-free boarding (unless the dog is already kennel-trained) with individualized care, enrichment, mental stimulation, and frequent walks/potty breaks every 2-4 hours. I use positive reinforcement in all training and am currently working toward a professional dog training certification. I also offer in-board training with hourly or nightly rates. Safety and comfort are top priorities: I schedule meet-and-greets with all dogs and families before boarding, accept only one client at a time, and am familiar with the needs of all breeds and conditions like bloat.
