Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for patients in diverse settings, including daily hygiene assistance, vital sign monitoring, exercise support, glucose checks, insulin administration, medication management, transportation to Dr. appointments, shopping, meal planning, and meal prep, light housekeeping. As a patient-centered caregiver, I prioritize ensuring the comfort and well-being of my patients. I acknowledge that they are navigating a challenging time due to declining health and the loss of control over their independence and decision-making abilities.
