I also have experience with children who live with cleft lip/palate (both before and after surgery), acid reflux, colic, oxygen, feeding tubes, gastrointestinal tubes, and other dietary restrictions and routines. We used Lori as the nanny for our son from age six months to one year old. She was amazing with our son - reading to him, taking him to lots of activities, etc. - and you could tell they had a great bond. We stopped using her when our son was accepted into a great daycare program, but I would not hesitate to recommend her to most families wanting a child-centered nanny.
