Lori was pleasant and calm with mom. Lori called off one week via text an hour before she was due. I asked her not to text in these cases, but to call as I do not check my cell all the time. Lori called of via TEXT AGAIN the next week the exact time she was due here saying she couldn't come any more due to her work schedule! Last minute, not good when you are counting on them being here.
