I'm a loving, nurturing, outgoing caregiver with over 20 years experience, which ranges from; Personal care to Hospice care. I'm reliable, loving , attentive, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to my patients and families. I've worked with; Alzheimer's/ Dementia, Stroke, ALS, Parkinson's, MDS, CHF, CKD, Cancer , End of Life care. I'm HCA registered with the State of California and I've also worked in Home Care Management. I help with bathing, bed baths, personal hygiene care, toileting, wound care, PT, medical management, medication management, nutrition, meal planning, I love cooking, cleaning and making sure your loved one is well taken care of on every level. I absolutely love what I do. Medical equipment: Hoyer lift, Oxygen, Medical Bed , etc I have worked closely with Home Health and Hospice Professionals.
