We advertised for a part time position and Lori has other clients that made it a possible good fit. When Lori arrived she seemed to be pleasant and understood what our needs were. To accommodate us Lori suggested we pay her for 5 full days a week and she would be available when we needed her. If we needed full time help we would be looking for that. Why would I pay for a full time wage 5 days when I need 1.5 days with an occasional extra day a week? The offer was just to confusing for me. Not sure if it was me or what but I repeated her offer back to her several times and pointed out the failure in her logic and Lori seemed to think it made perfect sense.
