About Lori

I'm looking for a job that appreciates my empathetic nature and my ability to be a part of the team that is helping to make a difference in the lives of others. I started caring for seniors when I graduated from high school and starting working in a nursing home and even when I was attending beauty school. Also as a barber here in town, I volunteer for clients that I meet at the barbershop that I noticed could use a helping hand. In my spare time, I like to volunteer in my community, go to museums, and spend time with my husband. One thing you should know about me is that I go above and beyond to make sure that the person that is needing care has everything they need and most of all feel safe and heard. My skills include meal preparation, pet care, errands, grooming, bathing, haircuts, general help around the house that isn't as easy to get to as it used to be.
