Tutoring brings me so much pleasure because it allows me to create a custom curriculum to the needs and interests of each student . I have tutored from age 3 up to 6th grade. Reading intervention and ELA is where I really shine . I have a B. A. in Early childhood education ( birth to 2nd grade ) and a minor in reading instruction. I am a retired literacy aide and have experience working with regular and SPED students . My adult sons are both dyslexic so I understand the parent and student struggles and how important it is to find ways for students to be successful .
