I retired in Dec. 2024 after 15 years as an Activity Director from a Healthcare Community in PBG. In the past I have been a cna, resident assistant. I am looking for a companion position between PBG to Hobe Sound area. I'm available weekdays and Sundays. I'm energetic, compassionate, empathetic, patient and have a great sense of humor. My duties could include any of the following tasks: light cleaning, meal prep, bathing, evening check ins if local, friendly check in calls, dr appt., errands, out to lunch or dinner, theater and other local drives, med management. I would try word games, card games, brain games, exercise, walks, reminiscing, music, light crafts etc., I am more than happy to talk with you about a companion position you may be in need of. Living alone while recovering from double pneumonia, she was a godsend! Do not hesitate to engage Lorie for Personal In home services. She isProfessional and Personal in all ways. Doesn't stop from beginning to end of shift. Pleasant, gentle and anticipates needs. Helps w/meds, planning &personal care. She finds things that need doing & doesn't wait to be asked. Safe driver, runs errends, light housekeeping, light meal prep and most importantly bakes my Pup treats! Wish she was my "live in"!
