Life can be challenging as is... even more so for people with dealing with mental or physical conditions. I'm passionate about assisting men and ladies with cognitive & physical challenges lead fulfilling lives by helping with daily living tasks so that they can be as independent as they desire to be :) I gained my experience assisting people with varied limitations at Little City Foundation, Non-medical service agency's as well as my own private clients as a CNA. I have been the primary direct care staff for adults with cognitive/developmental Diagnoses such as: Varying degrees of Alzheimer, dementia, speech delays, vision and hearing impairments. Experienced using a gait belt, hoyer lift, physical transfer- worked with people with Cerebral palsy, Para and quadriplegic limitations.
