20 years in senior care have taught me the true meaning of compassionate support. I am driven by a passion for fostering well-being and independence in the lives of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and always empathetic. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I am experienced in providing respite care, transportation, hospice services, and home health assistance. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility, and physical activity. I provide verbal and written updates to families, always respecting their preferred communication methods. My college education complements my hands-on experience. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
