About Lori

I'm passionate about providing children with safe nurturing care. My previous experiences with children include; babysitting and tutoring as a teenager, helping many family members with their children, volunteering as a nursery school teacher, years of being a Girl Scout co-leader, working for a special education private school, and raising my amazing young adult daughter. I'm known for being patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. Enforcing household rules is something I'm comfortable with. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I have some college education, just 7 classes from Bachelors degree, First Aid Training, CPR Training, and early child development coursework. Depending upon the needs of the children and schedule, I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I hope to bring my enthusiasm and skills to your family.
