For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to enriching the lives of seniors and supporting their families. My passion lies in fostering independence and well-being for every individual I care for. As a Certified Home Health Aid with CPR and First Aid Training, I provide comprehensive support, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and assistance with mobility, physical activity, and dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate openly with families, using their preferred method, to provide updates and address any concerns. Respecting independence is at the heart of my approach.
