I have 10 years of experience caring for seniors & disabled, including 3 years of managing a small residential group home. Companionship on outings, conversation, puzzles or games, walks, shopping, pet care help, medication set-up and reminders; to more intensive needs such as mechanical transfers, and all personal hygiene. Can also provide cooking/baking, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping assistance, and transportation, including accompaniment to medical visits and accurate reporting to guardian/family. Overnights for females available in some circumstances. Pay required will depend on intensity of care needed & what additional tasks may be requested. Capable, responsible, honest. CPR & First-Aid Trained. My availability noted is flexible, depending on the job. Base pay will vary according to type of services requested, distance, & whether I am being paid as an employee (W-2) $35+/hr; or am independently contracted (1099) $47+/hr, paying all taxes & benefits for myself.
