About Lori

As a single mother, I raised of two amazing grown men. My first born is earning his Master's degree in engineering from USC in Columbia, and my youngest is a Navy SEAL in San Diego CA. I live in downtown Wilmington where I work as a nonprofit consultant and freelance artist. Previously, I taught preschool, managed an afterschool program, and worked as a swim coach and martial arts instructor where I became certified in first aid, CPR, and self-defense. As an overachiever who is young at heart, I am seeking some littles ones for imaginary adventures and creative activities. Having served as a middle school youth leader and a volunteer for students with disabilities, I also welcome the opportunity to provide guidance, patience, and understanding for pre-teens and youth with special needs. I have a flexible weekday schedule with most nights and weekends free to spend as an extended member of your family in whatever capacity you need.
