I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and personal history. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I always communicate with families using their preferred method. I'm happy to provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping.
