About Lorenna

My name is Lorenna, and I am a caring, patient, and compassionate caregiver with years of experience working with children. As the oldest of three, I began caring for my younger sisters as a teenager, which shaped my sense of responsibility and commitment to nurturing others. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, and can speak Spanish at an intermediate level. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. For the past 10 months, I have worked with children with autism, gaining valuable experience in supporting sensory needs, behavior regulation, and daily living skills. I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and am currently in my gap year before beginning my Master's in Occupational Therapy next fall. During this time, I am dedicated to applying my knowledge to help children develop fine motor skills, independence, and confidence in daily routines. I strive to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where every child feels understood and respected.
