About Lorene

I help adults feel comfortable, capable, and confident using computers and technology--from basic computer skills to workplace systems and AI tools. In my current role at a credit union, I design and facilitate hands-on training in computer skills, software, systems, and AI. I love helping people learn to work independently and become great at what they do. My superpower is breaking complex tasks into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. I'm patient, kind, and flexible--if one explanation doesn't click, I have plenty of other approaches up my sleeve. You'll always have room to ask questions, practice, and learn at your own pace. My goal isn't for you to memorize every little detail. It's to build a strong foundation, understand what you're doing, and know where to find answers when you need them. Whether you're starting with the basics or ready to tackle something more advanced, I'll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
