I manage a group of condo & house properties that are all being remodeled into rentals. As a manager my responsibilities have been: Cleaning after the remodel. Shopping for furniture/supplies. Setting up & staging units for photos. Promotions online & on social media. Care for air conditioners, WiFi, plumbing, etc. Hiring contractors, vendors, and cleaners. Communication with guest before, during and after arrival. Writing personalized cards for each guest. Setting up units for showings or reviews.
