Lorena was an exceptional caregiver for my son. She was moreover a good communicator not only with him, but she let us know with time if there was space for improvement. She fostered independence in our toddler from the very beginning, planned activities daily, prepared healthy lunches and snacks, she was patient and most importantly, very reliable. As a multicultural family we also appreciated her investment in keeping speaking Spanish with him. We will miss her dearly!
