It is challenging to fully describe in words what a wonderful caretaker Lorena was for our father. She was excellent in every way: caring, conscientious, gracious, understanding. She worked for us 5 years from the time our father was 96 till he was 101! He had Alzheimers and required very intensive care. Lorena was always very professional and very committed to teamwork, such as during Covid when other caregivers became sick and she had to fill in. I highly recommend her and would gladly provide more description in depth to anyone who would like to speak to me about her.
