About Lorena

I want to work in a home that values communication, consistency, and mutual respect. I love supporting children's growth emotionally, socially, and intellectually and I'm looking for a role where I can contribute to their development through engaging activities, routines, and positive guidance. It's also important to me to feel like a valued part of the team, working alongside parents to create a safe and nurturing environment. I started working with kids about 12 years ago. Since then, I've worked in a variety of roles which has given me experience with different age groups and personalities. I genuinely care about the well-being and development of the children I work with. I treat each child as an individual, with patience, empathy, and respect. I take my role seriously not just as a caregiver, but as someone who helps shape their daily experiences in a positive and meaningful way.
