About Lorelei

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With one year of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for discovery rather than just memorization. I create an engaging, supportive environment by actively listening to how you interact with new material and encouraging open communication about your preferred learning style. When we encounter challenging concepts, I break them down into manageable steps to build momentum, celebrating your small successes along the way. I believe that consistent, transparent communication builds the trust necessary for a successful partnership between myself, you, and your family. Seeing your confidence grow as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping you succeed, whether we meet at your home, the library, or a local coffee shop.
