I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for her to clean my house. The day comes and I’m waiting around my house 20 minutes and I realize she’s probably not coming. I reach out to her and she says hi I’m out of town sorry. For someone that is the most expensive person to hire for a cleaning service on here I was hoping for a better service than this. Completely unprofessional. I work really long days and this is my first time using this app. She also stated she had a lot of availability and needs work. I can see why.
