Over the past few years, I have been the caregiver for an amazing adult female who has both down syndrome and low functioning autism; it has been the most enjoyable job I have ever had. Sadly, she is now transitioning to a group home so she will no longer have caregiver hours available so I am looking for my next amazing special needs individual to work with. I have Asperger's syndrome so I am uniquely qualified to understand on a personal level what it is like to be on the spectrum
