Loreal has worked for my family as a night baby nurse for 6 weeks, since we brought our baby home, a couple of days old. Loreal was working 12-hour shifts every other night and during that time she was the one who attended to baby's needs, dependably and autonomously: feeding (formula and stored milk) on a schedule, changing, rocking back to sleep when necessary, organizing supplies for the night - all with a confidence and a quiet demeanor. She assisted me in giving a sponge bath and was receptive to my instructions and suggestions. Loreal established a relationship with our older daughter, 20 months at the time, and should the need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Loreal again.
