About Lora

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Lora for a position in home hospice or any caregiving role that requires compassion, professionalism, and exceptionally high standards of patient support. I met Lora in 2016. At that time, my dear wife, Sharon, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. During this difficult time, Lora took care of my wife through her end of life care. Her presence was an immeasurable source of comfort and made the difference for the well-being of both Sharon and the rest of our family. I was extremely impressed with Lora, as she came in on her own time to get to know her and make Sharon feel comfortable. Sharon would not let anyone else outside the family sit with her or provider her with any care. Lora consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of love, empathy, patience and clinical awareness. She treated Sharon with the upmost dignity and respect. She was easily able to anticipate Sharon’s needs as Sharon had become non-verbal. She communicated clearly with me and the family and handled sensitive situations with calm confidence and brought us such peace of mind. Lora was always punctual, prepared and willing to go above and beyond in ways that showed true dedication. I am so deeply grateful for Lora and the blessing she was to our family and comfort she brought to our home.
