About Lora

I am compassionate, kind and fun! I like caring for seniors because as a newly retired RN, I still have the passion to help. I was a full time working mom with small children when my aging parents needed assistance, one with dementia and one with heart conditions. It was difficult juggling all of it. I am hopeful that I will be able to provide some relief to other families in the same situation. I was a home health RN, so I am comfortable in your home and comfortable with whatever your health concerns may be. I'm looking to make a difference in someone's life, assist with adding quality and fun to their everyday, and be able to work part time. I started caring for seniors when as a nursing assistant early in my career. In my spare time, I like to kayak, read, and travel. I believe fun and laughter is important to everyone, regardless of your situation. My skills include communication, treating people with respect, and providing a safe environment while delivering care.
