I am vigilant about observing any signs of distress. In unexpected situations, I remain calm, follow pre-discussed emergency plans, and immediately communicate any concerns. I have emergency contact information readily available. My kindness and empathy shine through when helping shy pets feel comfortable and loved. I'm CPR and First Aid trained.
