Certified Holistic Nutritionist with cleaning and caregiving support. I got into caregiving because it was a family business. As time progressed and being obsessed with health and nutrition I wanted to find ways to help the seniors I worked with manage their nutrition. I became a certified holistic nutritionist in 2025 and now work with clients locally and online all over the US. I decided to start housecleaning when I realized a lot of my clients struggled with maintenance of their homes and it affected their diet and daily lifestyle. Since lighthouse keeping was a service I already provided with senior care, I decided to add it with the care of my nutrition clients as well. Cleaning their homes, cleaning out the fridge, cabinets can feel like a total relief and reset when trying to change your life.
