Lola was very pleasant to speak with when first setting up care for my grandmother however, after her first visit she went on vacation which was never mentioned in our interactions, provided no timeline on when she may return and then after multiple attempts to contact her to reschedule, never responded at all. My grandmother needed help after her hospital visits and my brother needed help getting caught up caring for her.
